1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) are an agreement between Creators Web Agency (“Creators” or “us” or “our”) and you (“User” or “you” or “your”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the products and services made available by Creators. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Additional terms may also apply to certain Services, and are incorporated by reference herein as applicable. For example, if you register a domain name with us, then the Domain Registration Agreement will also apply to you and would be incorporated herein.
3. Account eligibility
It is your responsibility to provide accurate, up-to-date, truthful, current, and complete information on the registration forms, including an email address that is different from the domain(if registering for a domain) you are signing up under. If there is ever an abuse issue or we need to contact you, we will use the primary email address we have on file. It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information for your account is accurate, correct and complete at all times. If you need to verify or change your contact information, please contact our accounts team via email.
4. Compatibility with the service
You agree to cooperate fully with Creators Web Agency in connection with the desired service. It is solely your responsibility to provide any necessary content for the use of the Services. The performance of any of our services under this Agreement may depend upon your performance in providing the necessary contect. Creators Web Agency is not responsible for any delays in the desired service due to your failure to timely provide the necessary content or agreed upon contracts.
5. Billing & payment information
It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date, and that all invoices are paid on time. You agree to pay for the Services in advance of the time period during which such Services are provided. Payments received will be first applied to the oldest outstanding invoice in your billing account.
6. Autorenewal
Unless otherwise provided, you agree that until and unless you notify Creator of your desire to cancel the Services, you will be billed on an automatically recurring basis to prevent any disruption to your Services.
7. Late payment
All invoices must be paid within 30 days from the date the invoice is sent out. Any invoice that is outstanding after the due date may result in the suspension or termination of Services. A late fee of 6% will be charged to the invoice until payment has been made. Access to the account will not be restored until payment has been received.
8. Late payment for hosting
All hosting invoices must be paid 30 days after the invoice is sent out. Any hosting incoive that is outstanding after the due date may result in the suspension or termination of your account. A late fee of 6% will be charged to the invoice and a renewal fee of R150.00 ( one hundred and fifty rand) will be charged before the un-suspension of your account.
9. Domain registration/renewal
Please note that all domain name registrations and renewals are non-refundable. As we are obligated to cover registry fees on our end, we are unable to facilitate refunds for these transactions
10. Cancellation process
You may terminate or cancel the Services by giving Creators written notice via email or telephonic communication. In such event you shall be obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such cancellation.
Once we receive your cancellation notice and have confirmed all necessary information with you via email, we will inform you in writing (typically email) that your account has been canceled. We require all cancellations to be done through email or telephonic communication to confirm your account information and that you are prepared for all of your files/emails/date to be removed. This process aims to reduce the likelihood of mistakes, and to ensure that you are aware that your files, emails, and account may be removed immediately and permanently after a cancellation request is processed.
11. price change
Creators reserves the right to change prices, the monthly payment amount, or any other charges at any time. We will provide you with at least thirty (30) days’ notice before charging you with any price change. It is your sole responsibility to periodically review billing information provided by Creators through the contact information provided.
12. Security
Users bear full responsibility for all activities conducted using their account, including any unauthorised access resulting from compromised credentials, such as usernames and passwords. It is mandatory to employ a secure password to ensure the safety of your account. We will not be held liable for compromised emails.
